I’m not one to write reviews... However, when I have a more than positive experience I feel the need to let others know, while I also feel that it is necessary for the company to know as well. The experience that I had at Mohawk Honda was the best experience I ever had purchasing a car. I have been to other car dealerships where I felt pressured, overwhelmed and uncomfortable. Shopping at Mohawk Honda was nothing of the sorts. MJ took his time and made sure that all of my needs were met in regards to what I was looking for in a vehicle. He was friendly, and knowledgeable. He was patient and understanding and was able to answer all of the questions that I had. One thing that I really appreciated was that I didn’t feel pressured when it came to purchasing and MJ allowed me the opportunity to make sure that I was making the best choice. MJ and his team were quick to help when figuring out how to switch over my new car to my insurance (which is something I have never done before on my own). The staff that I had the opportunity to work with along with MJ were all friendly, supportive and were able to explain my car to me at great extent and helped to answer questions prior to taking my new car home. I highly recommend Mohawk Honda and I will be sure to let everyone know about my very positive experience. I am so thankful for all of their help and support and for ensuring that I felt confident throughout the whole process. I can’t thank MJ and his team enough for all they have done.
