After driving just about every suv on the market trying to decide what I was looking for, I came across Mohawk Honda, while they were under construction it seemed rather chaotic at first. We were quickly met by the receptionist, who led us to Tyler Haraden. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable, professional and happy to have us there. After our test drive we met Christian Vanbibber to come to an agreeable price, these two made this process quick and fun, lots of laughs (even milkshakes) and pain free. Kris Bain came into play to finalize the purchase and the closing paperwork. We met Ben Conde as our final experience before driving away in my new vehicle when he went over every once of technology the vehicle offers, he even paired my phone and supplied new valcro strips for the transfer of my e-z pass. I do love my new Honda Pilot, but what I like the best is the service I was provided, not to mention the fact they had 2 milk shakes waiting for us in the cup holder when we got in the car! We had so much fun with this crew that I am already recommending them to others and now consider myself their customer! More

I have only ever owned Nissans, and found myself unexpectedly in need of a new used car. Mohawk Honda had a Nissan Altima, so I made the trip to test drive it. I was immediately warmly greeted by team members and made to feel welcome. A Sales Professional named Camren checked on me and was fun to chat with. A Manager, Jen DeCiero checked in with me to get an idea of what I was seeking. Jen had a relaxing demeanor and came across as a woman who knows her stuff. She brought me to Tyler Haraden, and I test drove the Nissan and another vehicle, at no time feeling rushed, hassled or pressured. While the vehicles I tried were ok, they just weren't 150% right to me. I always thought of Honda's as safe, reliable cars that held their value- I just had never owned one. I ended up test driving the 2023 Honda HRV Sport that I originally saw when I pulled into the dealership, and I loved it. Tyler was one of the best sales people I've dealt with. He was warm and engaging, knowledgeable and straight forward. He didn't do the back and forth bit with the business-finance managers; he asked me what would work and I was given a fair deal. Business Manager John Lucas listened to my offer and was reasonable. Everyone knew I was using my own credit union for financing, but I was not treated as any less important of a customer. Business Manager Frank Fattoruso was also reasonable and impressive with his knowledge and understanding of the final bill of sale and warranty options. I had a lot of questions as I had never owned a Honda, and he- along with everyone else- was more than patient with me. Brianna McKenna sat with me in my new HRV and reviewed all the technology, of which she is well versed and personable. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because the ad online and in-house stated that a 3-month trial of Sirius XM was part of the deal, but at time of delivery, I was informed that it wasn't an option on that particular model. I also noticed 3 small dents that I hadn't seen as it was getting dark each time I was able to get to the dealer. Upon informing Tyler, he quickly arranged for someone to drive to my home to pick it up, bring it to the dealership to fix, and then brought it back to me at home- at no charge. Mike Malone(?) in the Service Center was friendly and efficient. I should also mention that my close friend who has been my mechanic of over 20 years, stated that those in the business regard Mohawk Honda's mechanics and service center as one of the best there is. This was the biggest purchase I've ever made, and everyone at Mohawk Honda made me feel excited and appreciative about giving them my business. I plan to return when needed and also to spread the word on their wonderful customer service. The Thank You card was a nice, nostalgic touch that I personally appreciated. Thank you, everyone, for making this an enjoyable experience. More

My partner and I decided to test drive a vehicle at Mohawk Honda on a whim after leaving a different dealership due to having a bad experience with their sales team. It was a refreshing experience. Everyone here treated us and each other with kindness. Their sales team was receptive to my specific needs and wants in a vehicle and conscious of my budget. Even though I had initially wanted to look at a different vehicle, they suggested a model that turned out to be a great fit. I never felt pressured to go forward with purchasing a vehicle and, even after a couple of days, still satisfied with my decision. Notably, even though my partner and I were there together, Tyler was quick to notice that I was the one buying the car and directed all his questions to me, while still including my partner in the process. Even after the transaction was over, I thoroughly enjoyed walking through the car's controls and functions with Ben, who was an absolute delight. And, when I encountered trouble with the financing process, Frank really rallied for me. For my first dealership purchase, I am pretty happy with how it went. More
