Park City Ford !!!!! I’ve been looking for a smaller sized van for a few months, I finally went onto the Park City Ford website and the next day Louis contacted me. I was I’ve been looking for a smaller sized van for a few months, I finally went onto the Park City Ford website and the next day Louis contacted me. I was busy at the time so I called him back. We looked at two Ford Transit Connects. I must’ve called Louis 3 or 4 more times after I left the dealership with questions which he answered without sounding like I was wasting his time. The next day I went to Park City Ford to test drive two Connects, Louis was off so Shaun was assisting me. He took me out on 2 test drives (knowing that I was dealing with Louis and that any commissions would be going to him) and answered questions on 2 or 3 more of my calls or emails. I ended up leaving a deposit on the 2018. The next day my wife and I went to sign off on paperwork which took a short time and was hassle free thanks to Jen the finance manager. She had everything ready to go so we didn’t have to sit there for hours. Park City Ford is a great dealership, I was not pressured at any point during my time/s there and I would highly recommend going there Thanks again Park City Jim Christian Jr. More

Back again for 3rd buy! Bought our first car here 8 years ago, then bought 2 in 2014, and yesterday bought 2 new cars to replace our 2014’s. Everything about Park City Ford makes car buying a dream instead of a nightmare. We first met Tyler Heft when he was in sales training when we bought our Mercury in 2010, then he was our salesman in 2014, and happy to see that now he is the sales manager. Tyler introduced us to salesman Evian Saviano, and lucky for us it was evident that he was trained by Tyler. This young man was very, very knowledgeable about the cars he sells and at no point was he pushy or hyping cars just to make a sale. He even spent 2 hours with us at delivery time to show us all the new technology and how to integrate our phones with the cars. The excellent service continued on delivery day when we went over all the paperwork with Jennifer Brown. She explained all the fine points our our purchases and has a wonderful disposition and sense of humor! No number cruncher here. She was extremely professional and the dealership is very fortunate to have here closing the deal. All in all, these very professional people help dispel the reputation that other dealers have of car shopping being only second in hating an experience to a root canal at the dentist!
