I found Jesus in 2025, a turning point that reshaped my life and priorities. I’m a devoted husband to my beautiful wife and a proud father of two amazing boys who inspire me every day. I have a deep passion for all things automotive - especially drag racing - and I also enjoy firearms and building LEGO sets in my downtime. I began my automotive career in September of 2010 as a technician at Goodyear, where I built a strong foundation in hands-on service. In February of 2016, I transitioned into sales, where I discovered a true passion for guiding people through the shopping experience. Helping others make confident, informed decisions is what drives me, and I take pride in combining technical knowledge with genuine, people-first service.

The majority of the issues we discussed could have been avoided by actions on our part. We had the resources, the ability and the control over the areas necessary to deliver an experience that exceeded your expectations but because of inadequate communication and follow up on our part, we failed. Not sure what you are talking about I left you a message and you never called me back. And I was told one thing about picking up my vechicale to get fixed then it change and I never got the vechicale to drive. plus I thought I was going to get another touch up pen for vechicale. That did not happen. When my vechicale was returned the drivers ask why I bought a vehicle with no radio!!! It work when left!! I had to take the dash apart to put the wire clip.back into the radio thank god it work this was the most stressed I had in long time. And I felt belittle the whole time. Everything I was told when I went to do was like hitting a wall felt like. I no your company don't care about a working man like me. That is what it is. But my boss is buying 3 trucks to hall his 5 new water press around the states for Jobs and my only response was not good and he is going else we're. Had this went with more respect your company could have got his 150,000 or so.really after all this your company send it back with not checking what they took apart. I really could have got a new vehicle somewhere else but I just wanted it over!!!
