Wow! In 45 years of buying cars, we've never had an experience as wonderful as this. THIS is how I'd always dreamed buying a car should be, from our initial contact online with Tyler Kline, to the moment we walked into the showroom and were welcomed by Mike Uzl, to our meeting with Angela Mazzagatti in finance. Mike greeted us and we were immediately comfortable with his approach. We've never had a salesperson ask us such detailed questions about our intended purchase. In fact, after listening to us, he actually convinced us to consider a LESS expensive model (the Premiere). He explained all the differences between our various options and NEVER pushed us in one direction or another. After selecting our vehicle, Mike took us to Angela Mazzagatti in finance. WOW again! For the first time ever, in dealing with the finance department, there was absolutely minimal attempt to sell us the various after sale options, e.g. road hazard protection, extended warranty, etc. Angela explained that she was simply going to go over the different packages, but it was entirely up to us as to whether to purchase any, without any of the usual high pressure tactics. And she was true to her word. Everyone we came across at the dealership was polite, friendly, and helpful! Mike even confirmed with one of the Klaben family that we would be covered under the Complimentary Lincoln Pickup & Delivery service, since we live 64 miles away from the dealership. My wife and I are just incredulous at the way Klaben Lincoln operates and will be sure to return for any future purchases. More
