This is our second car purchase at Granite Subaru. Our experience with our salesman, Shea Patterson, Gen Sales Mgr Tyler Odom, and Finance Director was exceptional. We have two small dogs that joined us and Shea watched them while we took a test drive. Negotiations on price were fair and stress-free. Our needs were heard and addressed which allowed us to feel good about our car purchase and the interactions with our sales team. Granite now has a state of the art service bay with a brand new lobby outfitted with massage chairs, TV, and coffee and cold drink station. After visiting two other Subaru dealerships we are so glad we returned to Granite Subaru! More

Everyone was very personable and clearly cared about, and enjoyed what they were doing. Hats off to my salesman Chris Peek. You always expect your going to have to play the game when getting a new vehicle, but after a 10 second conversation, you can't help but like the guy. He was straight forward, honest, and very knowledgeable on the current product line up. If you had a question he didn't know the answer to, he would say he didn't know and would promptly go find out for you. Throughout the entire sales process you never had to wonder what was going on or how long things were going to take as Chris was constantly checking in on you and keeping you updated on how things were progressing. When it came time for the "dreaded" financing office experience, even that was incredibly enjoyable. Mackenzie Ditomassi has a wonderful bubbly personality and is very proficient at her job. When usually your worried about getting out of the financing office intact, she did everything she could to save us money instead of trying to get an upsell. With this being my 6th vehicle I've purchased, and dealing with many different dealers over the years; I've never had an easier, timely, and more enjoyable experience. This is what everyone's car buying experience should be, fun. More
