Great Experience revised. We had two old cars, a 1998 Olds 88LS with 85,000 mile and a 2005 Toyota Matrix with 28,700 miles. My wife loved the ride of the Olds, but was leery o We had two old cars, a 1998 Olds 88LS with 85,000 mile and a 2005 Toyota Matrix with 28,700 miles. My wife loved the ride of the Olds, but was leery of a breakdown and did not like the ride of the Matrix. At our age, we only need one car and we stopped at the Toyota dealer to look for a nice, comfortable and low maintenance vehicle. I researched many cars via the web and went to three dealers prior to our visit. As we were walking into the dealership, a fine young gentleman was headed out to the lot. He stopped and asked if he could help us. He was a salesman, Roger Thompson. Roger took us for a ride in a new Camry LE and let my wife drive. I am wheelchair bound and do not drive. She liked the car, especially its safety factors and ride. Roger did not pressure us, but gave us time to think and compare more cars. We called him the next day and he had our trade-ins appraised and gave us a surprisingly low sales cost. The $1,250 rebate helped and we signed a contract. He cleaned out our cars and had the new Camry ready when we arrived. We signed the papers and maintenance plan with the sales manager, Tyler Ratledge. He too was polite and answered all questions completely. I will buy our next car at Toyota of Cleveland and ask for Roger again who is a fine example as a Christian man of faith and a courteous gentleman. Thank you, Roger and Tyler for making our purchase easy and pleasant. More

We have made it a goal to carefully try to make the best of our money, knowing that things cost, but we look for the best deals that fit our budget, and we stand strong on this foundation. First we will share our previous experience at other car dealers BEFORE we came to Toyota of Cleveland. We visited two other dealers whose appearance, grooming, and countenance portrayed a poor attempt to impress us, to their professional ability for sales, needless to say their rude silence as we where testing the cars, no positive interaction, unless we asked questions in reference to the cars. Those two previous experiences, let us to quickly walk out of their dealers. As a last stop, we decided to visit TOYOTA OF CLEVELAND in I-75, with a hope that we would find a car, and that actually someone would care with patience and with honesty to just listen, to what we wanted in a car. AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! AS SOON AS WE PULLED in at TOYOTA, the FIRST IMPRESSION to us was the sales people grooming, distinguished by their polo shirts that clearly said Toyota, personal appearance, smiles, and handshake. WOW! what an OASIS, in the midst of previous disappointments and lack of interest to help us. THE First person that greeted us with a smile and handshake was Mr. Roger Thompson, that was our FIRST RED CARPET EXPERIENCE. We are sharing this experience not to downgrade any other dealer, but to express the RED CARPET feeling we felt. FIRST IMPRESSIONS are so important in todays market. The attention, details on the car, the TIME, smiles and personal genuine interest of Roger Thompson in our situation was a blessing. My wife and I felt very welcomed and treated with respect by Roger's professionalism through the entire process of buying our car. We came with the hope of being able to find a suitable used car, but after the ROYAL CARPET attention we received, the great deal given to us, and how Tyler Ratledge with so much care and patience worked with us through the business deal, we ended up buying not a used car but a beautiful, comfortable NEW car with only 13 miles. I went back on Monday alone and because I had to make the decision on my own while my hubby worked, I was a bit stressed. AGAIN, Gregg was supportive and understanding and NO PRESSURE.
