First New Truck I was already approved at my local dealer on Sat. 4/9. Was told if I did not order truck by Mon. 4/12 by 12 o'clock they could not tell me when they c I was already approved at my local dealer on Sat. 4/9. Was told if I did not order truck by Mon. 4/12 by 12 o'clock they could not tell me when they could get me one. Went to Toy of Cleveland on Monday 4/12 to keep my local dealer honest. Wow. It seems like one third of the sales force helped me, found my exact truck in Kentucky, will have it in two days, Sales turned me over to financing. At first, the APR was 0.1 higher, called him on it, so he lowered it to 0.2 lower. Done. Signed the contract. Reviewed the contract when I got home and it was 0.4 lower. Took delivery 4/15. I got everything that was discussed. Even had carpet mats and door seal protectors I told them to take off. I was not charged for this. Went back yesterday 4/18 and left with parts and accessories like we discussed. The parts team was also great!!!. They probably have me for life. More
