Nice place, kind and cleaner than other Hyundai dealers. They only thing I was confused by is that another dealership fixed my software recall and I'm still having issues I feel and they won't touch it, if They only thing I was confused by is that another dealership fixed my software recall and I'm still having issues I feel and they won't touch it, if I want a diagnosis on it they said it was going to cost me $199. My car is under warranty and spoke with another Hyundai dealer and they said that is incorrect if it's covered under warranty. More

The worse customer service there is. It takes you a minimum 15 phone calls for 5 to 10 minutes each to get to a service agent. I highly suggest you pay higher and go to someplace else. Brake job was fine, they also did an alignment. But I still feel vibration on the steering wheel when I reached 60 mph. Also, I told him that the software upgrade failed 3 times prior this recent visit. I told them if they wanted to try again while they were doing the brake job feel free to do so. They never told me that they actually tried and that it failed again. I only found out when my navigation and map app no longer worked and I went back in to see why. That's when I was informed they tried to do the update and it failed again. The receipt I rcvd, indicated I refused the software upgrade. I didn't even know they tried the software upgrade until I returned to the service center to see why my maps and navigation apps no longer work. They said they needed to order a USB, but never gave me an ETA as to when I can expect it to arrive. More
