When I made the appointment on the phone for an oil change and tire rotation I was told it would be 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. It took over 2 hours! I couldn’t even pull into the service area because it wa change and tire rotation I was told it would be 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. It took over 2 hours! I couldn’t even pull into the service area because it was so backed up. I was late for another appointment and had to cancel. Very poor customer service! More

Absolutely terrible unprofessional , ignorant, never told me status of my vehicle. Sat there for 4 Hours for nothing car not finished no apologies Nothing!!! It took longer than was told. This time when I took it in I did not get text updates Which I have gotten on previous visits. I was told about 3 hour wait which went 5 hours! I went to desk 2 times to make inquiries because I was not sought out to get updates. There was absolutely NO spot to sit in waiting area nor compute I went to desk 2 times to make inquiries because I was not sought out to get updates. There was absolutely NO spot to sit in waiting area nor computer room for most of my waiting time so my daughter came and picked me up (gone 1.5 hrs) & when I returned, there was still No free chairs so I sat an employee's empty desk. The $100 'insurance' discount was disappointing. I inquired about a 'senior' discount & feel something better would have been welcome. My 11-yr old car was purchased/always serviced at this location and yesterday's experience is Not what I'm accustomed to from HDHyundai. More
