When I made the appointment on the phone for an oil change and tire rotation I was told it would be 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. It took over 2 hours! I couldn’t even pull into the service area because it wa change and tire rotation I was told it would be 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. It took over 2 hours! I couldn’t even pull into the service area because it was so backed up. I was late for another appointment and had to cancel. Very poor customer service! More
