On the test drive, we mentioned that the AC was not working well. Turns out, it had some bad parts that needed to replaced. We purchased our SUV last Sunday. It's been in the shop since then. We've had the car less than 24 hours, Toyota service has had it for 4 days and there is no guarantee it will be done tomorrow. Very frustrating. More
