Vildan "The"True Professional" I have been in sales for over twenty years so I know what type sales person I want to work with. Vildan was that one. Soft spoken, knowledgeable and a I have been in sales for over twenty years so I know what type sales person I want to work with. Vildan was that one. Soft spoken, knowledgeable and a good listener. She answered all my questions and ultimately closed the deal. No pressure and a good experience. Overall she's a great saleswoman - kind and understanding of your wants/needs and willing to go the extra mile (ha) to help her customers. Both Vildan and Bill were willing to work within my budget for the car I already knew I wanted, plus I ended up walking out with a better deal than what I initially thought. Overall I'm loving my new GLI and couldn't imagine this much ease going into any other dealership to pick up a VW; would definitely enjoy working with Vildan and Bill again if I have the chance.
