After my test drive, I wanted to place a deposit on the vehicle while I talked to my wife, who was unavailable. My salesman went and spoke with the Sales Manager, Val, about processing the deposit. Val responded by berating my salesman for over 2 minutes about how Tulley doesn't accept deposits. I was over 20 feet away and could clearly hear the conversation and could see Val shaking his finger in the salesman's direction numerous times. I knew that the salesman was new, so I was cutting him some slack. The fact that Val, as a manager, lacks any sort of professionalism made my decision that I would never do business with Tulley BMW. Ethics are out the window here. Purchase and Sales agreement in hand and signed by the dealership and myself. Deposit was collected by the dealership and items placed in the car by m Purchase and Sales agreement in hand and signed by the dealership and myself. Deposit was collected by the dealership and items placed in the car by me in anticipation of a delivery. I also have texts confirming the deal with Chris Geer and had more than a fair share of conversations to iron out the specifics. Handshakes don’t mean anything. We want your business banter is also just part of the game they play.... Bob M (Preowned Manager) kept talking to me about what a great deal and that he never would have done it as a dealer representative. I guess at the end of the day his weight in this trumped Chris Geer the Internet Sales Manager. Went in on Saturday, June 15th to sign paperwork for a Father’s Day delivery. Was told there was a problem and they would get back to me on Monday after contacting BMWFS about the MMR on the car. In the interim I reached out to Peabody and Stratham and they told me that Tulley was way too aggressive on their deal and that was why they were backing out. I was informed that the purchase contract was something they must honor but the waiting continued. Just got a call this am after having a 45 minute conversation with the COO/GM of the situation the other day. Val was rude and abrasive and told me the deal was dead and I should take my business elsewhere. Really? I guess a contract is a mute point at this place. Unbelievable how dishonest this place is!!! STAY AWAY! ADMIN WON'T EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR THEIR SCREW UPS. STAY AWAY! INCOMPETENCE ALERT! I actually love the car, love the location, loved everyone up to the point paperwork was about to be signed. As I walke STAY AWAY! INCOMPETENCE ALERT! I actually love the car, love the location, loved everyone up to the point paperwork was about to be signed. As I walked into the cheap-pitch room to sign the deal, I was hit with a bunch of unexpected expenses and the business manager called Scott Doherty said: "I own a BMW and an important part went defective and BMW refused to replace it, so you should get the extended warranty, bumper to bumper, etc...". I mean, can you say anything more degrading about the company you work for? What kind of sales pitch is this? Our warranty sucks, you should pay extra for coverage. So much for that first-time buyer of BMW experience. BUT that isn't even the issue. The biggest problem, and what aggravates me the most is that they had me wait a WHOLE WEEK for my car to be registered. They tried to blame it on my insurance, said they needed a form that I had emailed to them a day after signing paperwork. I had just come out of an accident where my wife was hurt, my daughter was in the car when the accident took place. They knew it all, we needed a car ASAP. I e-mailed them a few days later, and you'd think they would offer a loaner? NOPE, Offered to pay half of my rental! Can you believe that? As if I needed their scraps. I'm honestly disgusted. Honestly one of the worst car-buying experiences EVER!!! More

I traded in two vehicles and the sales rep, Joe came to pick up my one of my trades. In addition, Val the sales manager was able to approve the deal in record time. The negotiation process wasn’t tedious as it usually is at other dealers. Tulley makes the car buying process fast, efficient, and painless. Thanks again to the team for all of their hard work. More

Poor Sales Practice On Saturday nov 10th 2018, I received a call from Wendy Mabie asking if I was interested in trading in my x5, on Wednesday nov 14th I communicated wit On Saturday nov 10th 2018, I received a call from Wendy Mabie asking if I was interested in trading in my x5, on Wednesday nov 14th I communicated with Wendy Mabie that the only way this would occur is if I am able to trade in both cars, which I was told would not be an issue. On the evening of Wednesday nov 14th I went into the dealership and looked at different cars and discussed with the CPO manager Bob Marcoux my current offer, I was willing to put down $X000, and try to keep my payments for both cars around $X000, he came back with an offer that I agreed to of $3000 down and monthly payment of $XX58. I next started working with the business manager Scott Doherty and started to sign all the documents to lease a 2019 x5 and 2019 440i. After completing the documents for one car, Scott then said the we may need to restructure the deal on the second car because of my credit score, then he spoke with bob and the came back and explained to me that my monthly payment would be $XX00 which I agreed to. At this point we signed all the documents for the second car and Scott said everything was set and I was all good. We then made arrangements to pick up the cars on Saturday nov 17 at 10 am. At that point Bob came over to me and said he’s sorry he could not keep my payment at $X000 and I told him I understood and thanked him for his help. On Thursday morning I received a call from Val Goldenberg asking about my credit situation and I explained it to him. After which he called me again and said that I would need to put $3000 down for one car and we would not be able to have a deal for 2 cars because BMW WOULD NOT APPROVE IT. I then explain to Val and Wendy that this is not something I was comfortable with and I thought all paper work was signed and the agreement was in place. From my follow up conversations with Val on Friday he was not very forthcoming with the issue and when I tried to explain to him what transpired he did not want to listen all he kept saying is that he need $3000 down and started making comments about my finances. I have tried several times to get a response from management and administration at the dealership with not response More

Great Customer Service Gloria Prosper was my Sales person, she was amazing! She knows her stuff. She also really cares about the customer experience. She really listened to Gloria Prosper was my Sales person, she was amazing! She knows her stuff. She also really cares about the customer experience. She really listened to my needs and did not stop until I was happy with my purchase of the new X5. Val, (the GM) was also part of my customer experience, and all I can say is Val is the BEST. He truly cares about his customers, and treats everyone like family. He worked really hard along side Gloria, to make sure I was happy with the car that I wanted. They both really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. The whole dealership has great employees that are so nice and really helpful! I would highly recommend this dealership and Gloria for a sales person for a new BMW! More
