The other reviews are dead-on accurate. There really is no point in me reiterating all the points to go to Audi Silver Spring from the other reviews. My simple stance really is just do it. Honestly, compared to the other Audi dealers in the area it’s not even close. And actually, compared to the Audi dealers I was dealing with in my search, I feel so lucky to be able to consider them a “home town” dealer—even though we’re in VA. Thanks to the internet, I was researching 2018-19 Q7s as far away as Duluth Georgia. About 70 percent of sales staff were generally pleasant to deal with but when we found our 2019 Q7 Prestige at Audi Silver Spring in Md it really was not even close. Admittedly, I went in ready to battle, ready for all the games. It turned out to be completely unnecessary. Alex was hands down the best salesman I have ever dealt with when buying a vehicle: zero pressure but ready and willing to offer any assistance as needed. Sam was great too, honest and extremely forthcoming with every detail. Before we even left the lot, Alex made sure we were completely comfortable and up to date with the new technology we were in for; our current vehicles were ‘05s and ‘08s so we had a lot of catching up to do. There’s a reason Audi Silver Spring gets and the high reviews they do, and Alex Max is certainly one of those reasons. Alex, thank you so much for everything from our first meeting and test drive to your multiple follow-ups to make sure everything was perfect. The whole staff made us feel welcome but you were there start to finish and your involvement was what made it all happen. More
