Needed a key made to replace one when we bought Ridgeline We had purchased our Honda Ridgeline from Dealer in Waukesha and they were missing a key fab that was included on the deal. We began discussing options over the phone with our salesperson, Scott Jensen and when we came in to meet with him, we were even more impressed. He understood exactly what we were looking for, found us the perfect vehicle, the right color and all still within our budget. Not only did he assist us with setting up our CR-V exactly the way we wanted it, he even introduced us to Val out in service and made sure that if we had any issues to let him know right away. He even ran our car through the car wash when we just stopped back in to ask a question about our radio.....unbelievable customer service! Wow.. Driving from Nebraska to Door County, Wi Our low tire pressure light came on. We tried to fill the tires with air out of Dubuque, Ia but felt like th Driving from Nebraska to Door County, Wi Our low tire pressure light came on. We tried to fill the tires with air out of Dubuque, Ia but felt like they should be looked at. I googled the nearest Honda Dealership and although it was a little bit out of our way we knew we didn't want to ruin a tire. Immediately upon stopping at this dealership we were treated like royalty. Audrey took over and had our vehicle washed and had them take it down to see what the problem was. While waiting we had the pleasure of looking at a vehicle with Shae. He was informative, nice and patient with our many questions. If we lived in the area we would definitely purchase our next vehicle from Shae and Wilde East Towne Honda. Valerie than took over and helped us with Audrey checking in as well. Valerie also did a fabulous job. They were not able to find anything wrong but we were so happy to at least have it checked for our piece of mind. Long story short they were really concerned that we weren't bored just sitting and waiting. Valerie offered bottled water and popcorn for the road. We were very impressed with the coffee area and everyone at this dealership. The feel was very nice and A+ service from everyone. We were really shocked to learn that it was only Audrey's 3rd week there. She was already an old pro! :) More

Service I brought my car to have it looked over and they spent 2 hours inspecting it and charged me nothing. When I brought it in to have some of the stuff done, Tim looked at things closer and gave his opinion that my transmission was on its way out so might want to rethink putting a bunch of money into it, which I found very refreshing. Valerie was very helpful too keeping things lined up and me informed. I found them very honest and definitely out to save me money. More

I should have come in sooner! So easy! I've been driving the same Honda Civic for 13 years. I loved my Civic and dreaded the idea of car shopping. So I was pleasantly surprised to have had such a great experience. From the receptionist to the service manager, my time at Wilde was wonderful. They are all so friendly and helpful. No pressure ever. I worked with Shae Stovell to decide which vehicle would best suit my needs. He was very well informed and if he didn't have the answer he was quick to find out for me. Shae was very open and shared online data to help me compare Honda vehicles with competitors. We compared everything from mpg, MSRP, to ground clearance, and cubic space, Another reason I postponed shopping for all these years --- I wasn't looking forward to the worry one has once the pristine car is driven off the lot. Well, it turns out there is a fix for that! Steve Skow introduced me to the three year Ding program. No worries! I've already worked with Valerie Rich in service as my car is receiving a few accessories. She was kind enough to call me before my appointment to inform me all my parts are in and they're ready for me. She also asked if I needed a loaner vehicle or a shuttle ride. I've been a Honda lover for a long time; now I'm a Wilde East Towne Honda lover!!! More
