Thank you for taking the time to speak with me about your experience - I do really appreciate the feedback! We will make the changes I mentioned - and we have hired more service advisors as well since your last visit (2 as a matter of fact!). I trust your future visits will be much smoother and we will continue to evolve our processes. I know you had to get going with the kiddos in the background - one thing I wanted to mention to you is that we have a safety week coming up September 19th-26th were we will have two large event days on both Saturday the 19th and Saturday the 26th that hopefully you can get your kids to. We will have demonstrations on karate, air bag deployments, CPR and more for learning. We will also have a bouncy house, firefighters and police officers along with some other fun activities for the kid. Wilde East Towne Honda responded

I wanted to reach out to you again about your review. After the conversation we had on the phone, I was under the impression you planned to update your review. As mentioned on the phone, the following items are being addressed: Moving forward, to address #2/3, Val agreed it would be best to call a guest after receiving a message and ordering the parts for a customer. If the order would be falling on a Friday, which this did, we could also inform the guest we do not receive Saturday deliveries from Honda. In general, it may be best to let people know we get parts next day during the week, excluding Saturdays. Addressing #4/5, we will have better access to our W9 form to send to insurance agencies (or businesses that will be paying us) so we don't run into the issue where a guest is caught in the middle. Should have been a 'no problem, who should I fax our tax ID number to along with our final bill' type of situation. While I understand the experience was not perfect - it did seem that when we finished our conversation you felt the overall experience did end up better - and our staff has worked very diligently to follow up and make positive changes for the future. Hi Chad, Thanks for your response. I have had email communication today with my Geico adjuster (Dan Teitz) and he never received Wilde's estimate for my repair. When I paid my bill, a service rep other than Val got me checked out. I explained the situation to him and told him that Wilde's estimate needed to be faxed directly to Dan. This service rep asked the cashier to send the fax and even wrote Dan's fax number on your copy of my itemized costs which I signed. I'm going to call Wilde's service department right now and request again that this information be faxed, but I can't say I have much hope. Is there someone reliable there that I can speak with?
