12 Years of Outstanding Service We met Mike Killeen when we decided to lease our first Cayenne over 12 years ago and he was then (and still is today) the consummate professional, fri We met Mike Killeen when we decided to lease our first Cayenne over 12 years ago and he was then (and still is today) the consummate professional, friendly and courteous, never pushy and always responsive to our needs and desires. He guided us through the "build your car" program without any pressure. After we drove away with the car, he stayed in touch, helped us each time we came in for service and basically was there for the next 4 years whenever we needed help, information or simply to say hello. When we decided to lease a new Cayenne, Mike was as helpful with the lease end procedures as with anything else. We have since replaced that first Cayenne 3 more times and have only dealt with Mike during this time even though we now spend over half the year in Florida and are familiar with the local dealership down here. He embodies what it means to build a long term customer relationship.
