Even buying used, I was treated as well if not better than any new car purchase I’ve done in the past. Every step of the way my hand was held, but never pressured. Counseled me appropriately in finding the right vehicle that fit my needs and was within my budget, was honest when inventory they had did not meet my needs and reached out immediately when they found a car that was perfect for me. Day of purchase was such a pleasure, everything was set up and ready for me the minute I arrived (waiting less than 1 minute before I was in the car for a test drive) an in depth explanation of every inch of the car and all features and even helped me set all of the presets so by the time I left, the car was perfectly suited to me. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and, of course, the car is absolutely amazing!!!! More
