I am a Quad City native and a local S.A.U. Alumni with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Marketing. Since graduating St. Ambrose University I joined the Zimmerman family and blended with their terrific customer approach and philosophy to treat every customer as we would wish to be treated if we were in their shoes. I recently purchased a brand new 2024 Honda Sport from Zimmerman Honda, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. What made the experience truly outstanding was the sales representative, Tony Wi Zimmerman Honda, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. What made the experience truly outstanding was the sales representative, Tony Williams. From the moment I stepped into the dealership, Tony's approach was refreshingly different. He was not your typical pushy car salesman, but rather a personable and genuine individual. This was the first time I actually enjoyed talking with a car salesperson. One of the standout aspects of my experience was the absence of high-pressure sales tactics. Tony provided me with all the information I needed, answered my questions patiently, and gave me space to make my decision. The transparency and honesty in their approach were truly commendable, and it set Zimmerman Honda apart from many other dealerships. Tony went the extra mile by allowing me to test drive several vehicles, and I was allowed (encouraged) to take them out on my own. This level of trust and freedom in the test drive process was something I hadn't experienced before. I appreciated that he gave me ample time during each drive, only asking if I had questions and my thoughts on the car, without any pressure to make a quick decision. The pricing at Zimmerman Honda was fair and reasonable, and there were no hidden fees or surprises. While I did negotiate a bit for my trade-in, I went into the transaction with the understanding that there might not be much room for negotiation on that front. In summary, my overall impression of Zimmerman Honda is overwhelmingly positive. Tony Williams and the entire team at Zimmerman Honda made the car buying process a breeze. Their transparent and customer-centric approach, fair pricing, and the opportunity to thoroughly evaluate the vehicle through test drives were all highlights of my experience. Pros: Personable and non-pressure sales approach Transparent pricing with no surprises Extensive test drive opportunities Fair pricing Cons: None Would I recommend Zimmerman Honda to friends and family? Zimmerman did a great job of giving us quality options without being pushy. We love our new vehicle! We’ll be back again for our next vehicle. Marty Curry and Kyle Ruser were outstanding. They both stayed without being pushy. We love our new vehicle! We’ll be back again for our next vehicle. Marty Curry and Kyle Ruser were outstanding. They both stayed after hours to help us complete our purchase. Marty was very thorough as he answered our questions and explained all the features in the vehicles we were looking at. He made sure our Pilot had all the features set up how we wanted them before we left the lot. Marty even helped carry our car seats for us! Highly recommend them. More
