It is probably not a fair comparison to compare my recent purchase with my 2020 purchase. I was told that many more cars are purchased from out of state customers now than were in 2020. My purchase in 2020 was delivered by the sales person. Many of the car’s features were explained to me as they are when you purchase in person. I did not realize what a big help this was. Excellent sales but pathetic service. After two weeks in my new (certified) car, I was charged an unacceptable $100.00 for an ‘inspection’. One thing listed was inspecting the floor mats! Didn’t even reset the clock or fill the windshield washer fluid. I’ll be contacting the G.M. (Eric) tomorrow. Pathetic at best. 😞 More
