Excellent sales but pathetic service. After two weeks in my new (certified) car, I was charged an unacceptable $100.00 for an ‘inspection’. One thing listed was inspecting the floor mats! 1st saleperson tarnished my image of Walser. Sassy, argumentative, condescending, didnt feel like she was here to help me.
