Shady financing. We rolled our lease over into a loan and I was assured that we would receive our financing through Honda. I asked several times and I was reassured each time and I the texts to prove it. We got to the lease signing appointment and our dealer said hello and someone else would be with us to sign the paperwork. 45 minutes later some jack xxx assistant manager the didn’t even work in finance had me sign everything and instead of copies he gave me flash drive that supposedly had copies on it. I’ll never know because I haven’t owned a PC in years. It turns out that we have some shady finance company that no one has ever heard of. They took one payment then their app locked us out. We called support to get back and made another payment. The app says it’s paid but the money is still in the account. The service department lost our keys for an hour once too. That was a fun afternoon let me tell you. More

The staff here have all been very professional with me despite how busy the place has been each time I visit. Plus, when I had an issue with the windshield wipers on the car I had recently purchased from despite how busy the place has been each time I visit. Love the Honda brand, and what sales team at this showroom knows about it. Veli, in particular, was amazing--he was helpful, knowedgeable, honest and patient. (We asked for him because he helped my s showroom knows about it. Veli, in particular, was amazing--he was helpful, knowedgeable, honest and patient. (We asked for him because he helped my son buy his own first Honda.) Context for us: We began the day not knowing we'd need a new car--a freak accident forced us into the showroom on a Monday. Not where I wanted to be, and under those circumstances. But Veli was a calm and reassuring presence, helping us think through what we wanted from the Honda line. Very, very happy with what we ended up with! More
