The dealership added a 10% markup $2000 on the car just because they were short on vehicles. This wasn't disclosed to me ahead of time. I noticed after I was already signing the paperwork that it was highe because they were short on vehicles. This wasn't disclosed to me ahead of time. I noticed after I was already signing the paperwork that it was higher than the sticker price and I wasn't given a good explanation other than all the dealerships are doing this. This was not true because I had bought another car just two months earlier at a Toyota dealership and they did not do this. I find this deceptive and told them so. My sales guy Vernon apologized and offered two free oil changes. More

This was the 4th Kia I have bought at Martin Kia. The 3rd one I bought from Vernon. He is a great sales person to deal with. He is not pushy and listens to what you want.
