I went to Martin Kai so frustrated. I asked for Ricky and he saw that I was frustrated. Not only did he show empathy but he ensured me that I would get a car. We went a look at cars in my budget however, I w he saw that I was frustrated. Not only did he show empathy but he ensured me that I would get a car. We went a look at cars in my budget however, I was confused. Ricky then went and searched for cars in my budget cause he knew the urgency of me needing a car. We went back out and look at three cars even though I wanted a blue color car. I finally came across the Kia optima 2019 which was beautiful with color and all the featured that I always wanted in a car. Not only that it's a smart car. Hooray! Thanks, Kia you're an awesome dealership with great staff. Ricky is awesome polite and patient. I would recommend anyone to your dealership. Go Ricky you Rock! More

In a time when ALL car dealers are jacking the price up, skimping on customer service, playing the bait and switch game etc. I have to admit I did not have high hopes of finding a new car for my son. We wen skimping on customer service, playing the bait and switch game etc. I have to admit I did not have high hopes of finding a new car for my son. We went to multiple dealers that made us feel like we were bothering them. We were ready to give up. Then we went to Martin Kia and met Vernon. From the very 1st minute we shook Vernon's hand I knew something was different. We explained our frustration with the other dealerships and he made sure to let us know that's not how Martin Kia does business. We got a good deal on a great car at a time when no other dealer would even give us the time of day. Thanks to Vernon, My son got an amazing present for his birthday!!!! A+++++ All the way! More
