Vernon and Denise were incredibly helpful and patient through the entire process. This is our third time working with Vernon and he has been nothing short of exceptional each time. This time around Denise was our salesperson and we found her to be very courteous and knowledgeable. She patiently explained all of the features in our new car and made sure to answer all of our questions without hesitation before we left the dealership. Samantha and crew at Martin Kia made a very trying and upsetting time easy. I was in a car accident and my car was total. I had no intention of buying a car and was still upset over the accident.
