01/2026 Was not high pressure. My Salesperson and F and I were very helpful in the price negotiations and financing. Was very pleased. Especially that I was not handcuffed all day to the dealership like so many other Stores in Florida. Overall a very please experience. More

In December 2024, I purchased a new Buick envision it was a gray car and the customer service at the dealership with the GM, Jason the finance manager Jason and Maren helped on the other end at the desk. Again I went back last week and traded in my envision and got a brand new Yukon. The customer service was just as good if not better and they are just the sweetest kindest people and the dealership is always very clean and they have made the car by process for the second time easy. Deceptive sales practices and downright dishonest! Jason Butera - Finance Manager Vernon West - Sales Manager Jason Pike - General Manager After I agreed on the price of a used vehicle, Orange Jason Butera - Finance Manager Vernon West - Sales Manager Jason Pike - General Manager After I agreed on the price of a used vehicle, Orange Buick used every opportunity to increase its profit in ways that are unethical or harmful to the buyer: - Refused to take a check for the entire cost of the car - Mandated partial payment on a credit card, then charged a credit card surcharge -Added $899 dealer fee -Added $1,200 Global Appearance fee -Overcharged for registration and sales tax... then refused to refund the money After ALL of that, Orange Buick charged the following UNDISCLOSED FEES: $ 85.00 Consolidated Services of Indiana Fee 104.90 Courier Fees (FedEx & Services) 30.00 Temporary Registration Fees (2 Temp Plates) 95.00 ACH Electronic Filing Fee 300.00 Out-of-State Title Services DLR Fee More

Very happy with my overall experience with your dealership but still waiting for my other key fob. I have heard nothing for over a week at this point. I was promised my second key fob and if the dealership but still waiting for my other key fob. I have heard nothing for over a week at this point. I was promised my second key fob and if the previous owner isn't responding I still need a second fob. I would appreciate someone following up on this. I love my Bronco and would have given Seth 5 stars other than the key fob issue. More
