Delightful experience! This was my first time leasing and I was very new to the whole experience. She answered every question, and there were a lot, in a professional manner while still helping me understand the leasing process. With her help I got a dream deal on my dream car! Once I got to the dealership and was introduced to Megan , she then introduced me to Bryan who completed the sale for me . He was also extremely helpful , again taking time to help me understand the process. When he showed me to my new car he explained all of the amazing features in the vehicle and even connected my Bluetooth ! Veronica in finance was very friendly and went of above and beyond when handling all of my paperwork. We had already settled on the Honda Odyssey and from the time we were welcomed into the front door of the dealership to our interaction with John Q Mitchell, we were treated very warmly, with respect, and he really took his time to explain the different features on each model of the Honda Odyssey which helped us to settle on the exact model we wanted to purchase. Honestly, we had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle that day, but John Q’s warm, friendly, and professional and cheerful demeanor won us over and we ended up leasing a Honda Odyssey that day!!!! I will be referring everyone I know friends and family, colleagues, and total strangers to Academy Honda because of John Q Mitchell!!! He is a real class act and a very valuable asset at ACH. Secondly the service, been dealing with DCH for 15 years and never had a problem. The location is perfect, right off 9 North, next to Old Bridge park and ride, drop the car off and get on the bus and then at the end of the day get off the bus and get the car, most convenient. I am an old guy, been dealing with car salesman for 45 years, this place is the best ever. Last, but certainly not least, the price is right. More

Excellent Car Buying Experience!!! I went to Academy Honda to buy a Civic Coupe that they had on the lot. I did my homework on price prior to visiting the dealership and wanted a quick I went to Academy Honda to buy a Civic Coupe that they had on the lot. I did my homework on price prior to visiting the dealership and wanted a quick, easy purchase. I called in advance and spoke with Enrique Castaneta, and asked him to have the car ready to test drive. When I arrived he was ready and waiting. I made an offer on the car which was accepted by the Sales Manager and took delivery on the car 2 hours later. I mentioned to Enrique that I was in a bit of a hurry so sped through the paperwork and got the car prepped in quick time. The entire experience was excellent and couldn't have been handled better. I highly recommend this dealership and found the staff to be accommodating and friendly, and I got a great deal on the car without having to haggle on price. Great experience! More
