Patient! Congenial! and Professional! I wanted a new car for my wife. I visited several dealerships (Infiniti, BMW, Jaguar, Acura, Lincoln) and had an ideal of what I wanted. Most import I wanted a new car for my wife. I visited several dealerships (Infiniti, BMW, Jaguar, Acura, Lincoln) and had an ideal of what I wanted. Most important was the style of the vehicle. I wanted a unique car and I wanted a car that boasted both performance and options. The other dealerships were cordial and professional. However, they simply did not have the car I wanted for her. From the very first visit with Vic Harrison, I knew that I would be a customer. Mr. Harrison, as I understand it, is a Sales Manager and is not normally involved in floor sales. However, he walked up to me and spent a considerable amount of time showing me the Maserati Levante. He was knowledgeable and most professional. He was neither pushy nor pretentious! He invited me to take my time and call him back if I had any questions. Later, I went back to the Dealership. Mr. Harrison met me again and introduced me to Mr. Dabney. Both were very, very professional and knowledgeable. Mr. Dabney and I drove several cars. After 3 cars, it did not appear that we would find the combination of color, options and performance. At no time did he appear to be exasperated. Mr. Dabney was patient, methodical and he listened. After about an hour, he looked at me said, I have the car! Please wait near the front of the business! And, man, did he have the car. This car was so unique and so special that I exceeded my personal budget for the car by almost $19,000. After the sale, both Mr. Harrison and Mr. Dabney participated in the presentation of the car to my wife. I left my wife at the dealership with Mr. Dabney. She told me that Mr. Dabney was patient, courteous and most professional. Excellent Experience! More

Best car buying experience I've ever had I was surprised to find the exact used car I was looking for in Foreign Cars Italia's inventory. I inquired via the web and was contact by Jamie Wesseler who was quick to respond to my many questions. I was buying one of the least expensive cars on the lot yet when I visited the dealership Jamie, along with the entire staff, treated me better than I've experienced at any dealership. They were straight-forward, no pressure and truly interested in helping me get the care that was right for me. Without any hesitation I will recommend Jamie and Foreign Cars Italia to my friends and family! More

Outstanding I think you can tell how good a sales staff is by how they treat the people that aren't buying the most expensive car on the lot. I was there to purch I think you can tell how good a sales staff is by how they treat the people that aren't buying the most expensive car on the lot. I was there to purchase a used vehicle that had been traded in previously. It was no high end Italian sports car and most of the people that frequent the dealership could probably have paid for it in cash. Nonetheless, Charles and Vic treated me like I was buying a Ferrari. In fact, every sales person and staff member on the floor stopped by to ask if they could get me anything and to congratulate me on my purchase. There was no pressure, just friendly people who wanted to make sure my buying experience was exceptional regardless of whether they were the one helping me. I left there knowing that when the opportunity arises for me to purchase again it will be through this dealership. More

I cant believe this dealrship cheat people I will call this a cheating, see it yourself Step1: I logged a complain with the dealership I am hugely disappointed with my recent transactions w I will call this a cheating, see it yourself Step1: I logged a complain with the dealership I am hugely disappointed with my recent transactions with Foreign Cars of Italia. I called Vic to raise concern with vehicle inspection report I got from the local dealer. There are current issues with this vehicle which will cost me at least $3,200 for parts and labor to fix below list. 1. Oil Pan Gasket - $1,947 2. Replace both front out - $221 3. Passenger side and rear rim replacement needed as they are damaged - $1,000 (Approx) When I spoke to sales agent I was confirmed that if there are any major repairs your delaership will take care of it (I have proof in writing for the same). However, Vic denied it on the phone, which is very unprofessional. Attached herewith is our text conversation with you confirming that you will stand by this vehicle for 30 days even though there is no official 30 days warranty. I am also enclosing estimate that I received from BMW dealer to fix the issues mentioned above. Please give me a call to discuss best way to address my issues. ====================================================== I received below response Mr. Tam.., After speaking with Victor, I regret to inform you that we will not be taking care of the service estimate from Bimmer Performance Center. On the itemized breakdown, all of the mentioned components are classified as wear and tear items which are not covered under warranty. If you do elect to have these maintenance items replaced, you are welcome to bring the BMW here to our shop. Thanks, More
