I cant believe this dealrship cheat people I will call this a cheating, see it yourself Step1: I logged a complain with the dealership I am hugely disappointed with my recent transactions w I will call this a cheating, see it yourself Step1: I logged a complain with the dealership I am hugely disappointed with my recent transactions with Foreign Cars of Italia. I called Vic to raise concern with vehicle inspection report I got from the local dealer. There are current issues with this vehicle which will cost me at least $3,200 for parts and labor to fix below list. 1. Oil Pan Gasket - $1,947 2. Replace both front out - $221 3. Passenger side and rear rim replacement needed as they are damaged - $1,000 (Approx) When I spoke to sales agent I was confirmed that if there are any major repairs your delaership will take care of it (I have proof in writing for the same). However, Vic denied it on the phone, which is very unprofessional. Attached herewith is our text conversation with you confirming that you will stand by this vehicle for 30 days even though there is no official 30 days warranty. I am also enclosing estimate that I received from BMW dealer to fix the issues mentioned above. Please give me a call to discuss best way to address my issues. ====================================================== I received below response Mr. Tam.., After speaking with Victor, I regret to inform you that we will not be taking care of the service estimate from Bimmer Performance Center. On the itemized breakdown, all of the mentioned components are classified as wear and tear items which are not covered under warranty. If you do elect to have these maintenance items replaced, you are welcome to bring the BMW here to our shop. Thanks, More

I came to this dealership after reviewing a vehicle I saw online when I pulled in and parked I stopped Mr. Justin Bailey he was on his way back in th I came to this dealership after reviewing a vehicle I saw online when I pulled in and parked I stopped Mr. Justin Bailey he was on his way back in the dealership I could tell he was busy but he stopped immediately and asked if he could help. I pointed out the vehicle to him and I said I would love to own that he replied " well I can see what I can do for you" I left my info and I was contacted by Vic the next day and was told the vehicle was mine if I wanted it, I almost cried because the process was so quick and easy, no hassle, and overall great service. I must say thanks to Justin Bailey for stopping and giving me his undivided attention and thanks to Vic also for the smooth process. I never imagine I could purchase a vehicle from this dealership because I don't make tons of money but I was wrong! Thanks Justin you are a joy to do business with.
