The dealership is very clean and ready to be shown ( Vehicle Description and pricing is on every car *****).the whole process was completely hassle free. Finance Rep. Jessie very professional, kind, and knowledgeable ***** He made sure to thoroughly explain ALL PROS and CONS. I have purchased 5 vehicles over time and never had a Finance Rep as sharp as Jessie. What really stood out was the follow up even after the sale of the car Leah L. reached out to make sure everything was to our satisfaction says a lot about the dealership’s integrity and customer service. During my visit, I found that all vehicles on the lot were locked, which made it difficult to freely browse. The sales associates also seemed impatient or frustrated when I wanted to look at more than tw were locked, which made it difficult to freely browse. The sales associates also seemed impatient or frustrated when I wanted to look at more than two vehicles. Purchasing a car is a significant investment, and I expect the opportunity to thoroughly explore my options before making a decision. After I selected a vehicle, I was disappointed to find it needed over $1,400 in brake repairs shortly after the purchase. Additionally, the vehicle detailing was subpar and did not reflect the quality I expected from a dealership. On top of that, I had already secured pre-approval through my own financing, yet the finance department still submitted my application to lenders I explicitly asked them not to use. This was frustrating and completely disregarded my instructions. Overall, I was not pleased with the experience due to the rushed and pressured atmosphere, disregard for my financing preferences, and post-sale mechanical and cosmetic issues. More

Very tentative to the buyers needs. Not the pushy salesman approach which every buyer appreciates. I was shown everything from $30k to $80k.
