My salesman was the greatest; however, the woman who handled new license plates and registration sticker was 0 stars in accomplishment of her duties. She called me almost two weeks ago and told me my pl handled new license plates and registration sticker was 0 stars in accomplishment of her duties. She called me almost two weeks ago and told me my plates and registration sticker were in, and asked if I wanted to pick them up or she could mail them to me. I had visitors and had a major project taking place at my home. I asked her to please mail them to me. My temporary plates expired within days after she called and the time for mailed plates to arrive. I had to go to doctors due to follow up on a surgical procedure, and see another specialist for another surgery to be scheduled. Driving to the dealership which is minimum 30 minutes in the opposite direction was not possible. I texted my salesman and asked what the problem with mailing my plate could be. He said those things are handled by a whole different department. I wrote and asked him to please check on the problem. They had NOT been mailed!!! I had to ask him to make certain they were mailed immediately. Two days later I received my plates. No excuse, no apology, no attention to this matter was forthcoming. Very inconvenient and a disappointment. More
