Classic Dealership Mislead and Mark-Up I've been coming here for oil changes, quick and painless. However, when a big repair came around, they let me down. My car wouldn't start. My starter I've been coming here for oil changes, quick and painless. However, when a big repair came around, they let me down. My car wouldn't start. My starter was dead. They quoted it to be $1000. I asked why the total was almost $1,000. The employee stated the starter was so expensive because "my starter was hard to find." I have a Honda Accord... Just be real with me. You're marking it up. It's not hard to find. I could have went to Auto Zone and bought it for a fourth of the price. I had no other options. I needed my car to get to work. I wasn't going pay to have it towed to another repair shop. Yea... I will not be coming here again for any services. More
