Outstanding Experience / Service I just recently purchased a 2016 Mazda CX9, after having done some extensive research into the competition. Victor was the "salesperson" I met when I I just recently purchased a 2016 Mazda CX9, after having done some extensive research into the competition. Victor was the "salesperson" I met when I went in to look at and test drive the car. I put "salesperson" in quotations because you won't get the typical dealers sales person here. He was outstanding in every aspect of the experience. I was deciding between the Grand Touring and the Signature model, and not once did he try to steer me into spending more money. His advice was to actually look at the competition, and get a feel for what I would be buying. After having made my decision, the actual buying experience was painless. If I had any questions he was always there to answer them, and if not I usually received a call back within the hour. From my experience, it seems he takes great pride in taking care of his customers and making sure they're happy when they leave. All other "salespersons" should take note and follow suit, because this is how you treat and retain customers. I can't speak for anyone else at the dealer, since I had limited interaction with others, but if Victor is any indication, I would suspect they're all held to the highest standards of customer service. More

I have gone to other Mazda dealers and was not treated like Wantagh Mazda treated us. When I picked up the car it was a piece of cake and Victor had everything ready. The car had a full tank of gas which surprised me. I never got a full tank at the other Mazda dealer. I would recommend anyone to go to Wantagh Mazda! More

My salesman Victor greets me as if I am an old friend and treats me like that as well. I also had a question about my tires after picking up the car that Victor answered after I spoke with him. I called service the next day and Gary told me to bring the car in any time that day which I did and he was very accommodating. It is great to be treated well by the sales and service department. More

I truly can't say enough good things about this place or my sales person, Victor. This was by far the easiest and most enjoyable car buying/leasing I have ever had, and I've had many. We leased a Mazda 3 for my son after my 2004 Suzuki was done. Victor didn't play any games, he was honest, professional yet so warm and friendly. Kenny, the credit manager made a usually stressful process a breeze and downright fun. My only regret is that I didn't go there years ago. Toyota, Honda and pretty much all the other dealers should take a lesson from Wantagh Mazda. Many thanks to Victor and Kenny for making my sons first experience such a great one!!!! More
