I purchase a 2007 Corvette Z06 and traded my 2018 Mustang ecooboost premium + $19,260.00 on April 10, 2021. My Mustang was owned free and clear. They received my personal check and credit card for complete payment on the date of purchase. I have not yet received the title for the car I purchased as of today 4/22/2021. I have followed up with sales to find when I can expect the title and no given date has been provided. I still need to drive to the Wisconsin DMV to pay owed taxes and fees. The front hubs on the Corvette rattled but with the weather the date I purchased I did not question what might happen. They did however replace the dead battery that's the one star. The front hubs fell out on the highway and I've since ordered new hubs for $137.00. I've contacted the dealership to find out why no title yet and no explanation. I also need to purchase a front license plate holder to make the car legal in Wisconsin. I would like to receive the title so I can complete my tax and fees to Wisconsin and operate the vehicle without being questioned by police. I've learned my lesson with out of State purchased. More

I came in feeling unenthusiastic, and was worried about how things would turn out, especially since I was by myself. However, Victor was extremely helpful, friendly, natural, and informative. He gained my trust and I could feel that he was working to help me get the best deal possible. He patiently explained and showed me all the features on the car, helped me set up Onstar membership, my GMC app etc. My experience with the manager, warranty selection, and paperwork signing was just as positive. He was also very nice, patient, and again I could see how much effort was put in to see a client walk out feeling happy. I will definitely come back and would recommend them highly. More
