Service beyond my expectations ! I have visited the service center last week for a regular check up and a problem with a middle seat in our Sienna. The seat had become disengaged f I have visited the service center last week for a regular check up and a problem with a middle seat in our Sienna. The seat had become disengaged from the clip in the floor . I was told it would probably take four hours to complete the work . I took advantage of the shuttle to take me to nearby Green Acres where I had fun for several hours. Victor called when the work was complete and the shuttle picked me up quickly The service and repair it went perfectly . This was my first solo visit without my husband. Many thanks for a job well done ! More

Below I marked price as poor because I purchased the prepayment option when I bought the car. I did not realize it had expired so ended up paying for the 60,000 service twice - once with the prepayment and once when the car received the service. Victor called Toyota Finance to see if they would approve the prepayment and was told no. I also called and spoke to a supervisor who would not budge. His argument was that the contract had expired. While I understand that I believe if I have already bought something that should be honored. I feel cheated and will never buy that option again - that is if I decide to buy another Toyota. More

Didn't go as expected, but turned out great Matthew was the first to help me out and he was very kind and courteous. Took care of my check-in with no problems. Later in the evening, Victor calle Matthew was the first to help me out and he was very kind and courteous. Took care of my check-in with no problems. Later in the evening, Victor called me to say that my car was not going to be ready on time but informed that a rental car could be provided at no cost, if needed. He also discounted my final bill due to the inconvenience. Pleasure to work with. More
