I was greeted on arrival and kept informed of status while I waited in the very comfortable lounge. The time it took for the service to be performed was exactly what i was told. When my service was completed, I asked Victor to look at a couple of blemishes on the exterior and he was very accomodating to take care of those while I waited. I appreciated that he has reached our several times to confirm that I was satisfied with the service. Overall experience gets an A+ rating from me. More

Of course I didn't like the expense, but the repairs were necessary for safety. Thank you to the mechanic, Bryant who sent me video back-up of the areas on my car that needed repair. That was cool, and a great way to let the customer know that these weren't just bogus repairs that were being suggested. Thanks Mercedes! More
