My service experience was excellent. It started with how very easy it was to book my appointment online, exactly when it was convenient for me. I was greeted on arrival and kept informe It started with how very easy it was to book my appointment online, exactly when it was convenient for me. I was greeted on arrival and kept informed of status while I waited in the very comfortable lounge. The time it took for the service to be performed was exactly what i was told. When my service was completed, I asked Victor to look at a couple of blemishes on the exterior and he was very accomodating to take care of those while I waited. I appreciated that he has reached our several times to confirm that I was satisfied with the service. Overall experience gets an A+ rating from me. More

Victor was great! Service appointment was smooth from start to finish. Victor kept me apprised, accurately, of what was going on with my car; the repairs it needed and Service appointment was smooth from start to finish. Victor kept me apprised, accurately, of what was going on with my car; the repairs it needed and when I could expect to get my car back. Of course I didn't like the expense, but the repairs were necessary for safety. Thank you to the mechanic, Bryant who sent me video back-up of the areas on my car that needed repair. That was cool, and a great way to let the customer know that these weren't just bogus repairs that were being suggested. Thanks Mercedes! More
