Excellent Service! Excellent service as usual! Victor has been my Service Advisor for many years; he goes out of his way to make sure that my cars are taken care of, and Excellent service as usual! Even when I don't have an appointment, he always makes himself available when I have concerns. VERY Good repait servivce VERY GOOD repair work, however never received call or text from customer service even though repair work is done. I need to call customer service VERY GOOD repair work, however never received call or text from customer service even though repair work is done. I need to call customer service. and ask for status. I don't think this is go .. We all get busy, however it is responsibilty of customer service department to notify customer., it may take only two minutes. Further, my window glass can't close and ask for early appointment. due to weather condition, however Customer service give me two weeks appointment. That is no good. I believe if it is regualr repair appointment , I am ok with it, You may need to train your customer service employee, so they can understand which one consider as emergency work.. It took only around two hours to fix it and I waited two weeks. for appointment. More
