I have been taking my vehicle to this dealership for years without issue. However, today I was very unhappy with my experience. Specifically, after telling me my vehicle’s alignment was done I drove a years without issue. However, today I was very unhappy with my experience. Specifically, after telling me my vehicle’s alignment was done I drove away from the dealership only to learn my vehicle was pulling severely and dangerously to the right. Immediately, I drove back and had to wait even longer for things to be properly fixed. I didn’t get offferd anything to compensate me for the 3 hours of my time that I waited like a free oil change or even an apology. I was only given the excuse that I must have been at fault and hit a pot hole on my way out of the dealership parking lot. More
