My Nissan Experience Looking for a new car was so stressful. Living on Staten Island like everyone else I was looking around at all different cars not sure who and where t Looking for a new car was so stressful. Living on Staten Island like everyone else I was looking around at all different cars not sure who and where to buy from. I came across Victoria who helped me from the very first moment that she answered my call. She was very knowledgeable about her product and what her store has to offer. She even educated me on car buying even though I have been buying cars for over 20 years now. She then made an appointment for me to meet with a representative named Damiano who was also very knowledgeable about his products and very personable yet professional. Because of the two employees at Nissan I got my new 2019 Nissan Maxima and I love every second of it. They made it so easy from start to finish and I couldnt be anymore happy to have them help me with my new car. I will be back in 36 months to meet with them again for my next car. Sticking with Nissan I don’t like going to dealerships, but my experience with Nissan turned out to be better than I thought. Especially, when I met a manager named Jama I don’t like going to dealerships, but my experience with Nissan turned out to be better than I thought. Especially, when I met a manager named Jamal. He was extremely patient with me, even when I was driving him crazy of getting into a new lease. He was honest, polite, and was determined to see me happy with my selection of vehicle. Victoria really helped me as well. Fernando came in and sealed the deal. But all in all, it was a team effort. I was given many different prices by the finance guy who was a complete ass to me . once he new I wanted the car the price changed and I was told the car was mint condition but was not even close there was damage to the interior door and i was told they were not taking any money off (after I had traveled over 5 hrs to buy the car brought a cashiers check) and if I didnt want it oh well so in the end I will be buying my next car anywhere but Staten Island NIssan More
