Sticking with Nissan I don’t like going to dealerships, but my experience with Nissan turned out to be better than I thought. Especially, when I met a manager named Jama I don’t like going to dealerships, but my experience with Nissan turned out to be better than I thought. Especially, when I met a manager named Jamal. He was extremely patient with me, even when I was driving him crazy of getting into a new lease. He was honest, polite, and was determined to see me happy with my selection of vehicle. Victoria really helped me as well. Fernando came in and sealed the deal. But all in all, it was a team effort. I felt like I made new friends when I started, but when I left, I felt like they were family. Very loyal. More

Excellent leasing experience. The receptionists and very warm & welcoming. Yuri and Jamal were very friendly and informative. They really took their time to figure out everything they could do to get me the best deal. They were very respectful of my budget and found me a vehicle to lease in my price range. Very untrustworthy mainly the Finance person I have recently purchased a 2014 nissan murano cross cabriolet from this dealership although they responded immediately I was disrespected by various I have recently purchased a 2014 nissan murano cross cabriolet from this dealership although they responded immediately I was disrespected by various people in the dealership what kept me from leaving was the amazing salesman jeremy and the great sales woman victoria. I was given many different prices by the finance guy who was a complete ass to me . once he new I wanted the car the price changed and I was told the car was mint condition but was not even close there was damage to the interior door and i was told they were not taking any money off (after I had traveled over 5 hrs to buy the car brought a cashiers check) and if I didnt want it oh well so in the end I will be buying my next car anywhere but Staten Island NIssan More
