While the mechanic / repair service itself is great, we are dissatisfied with some elements of their customer service. For the second time, the front desk has refused to accept a discount coupon for servic are dissatisfied with some elements of their customer service. For the second time, the front desk has refused to accept a discount coupon for service (issued from Subaru/Subaru Albany) because we didn't mention it when the initial work order was written -- this time we texted them immediately afterward & the person said it was still too late -- even though they were still working on the car & we hadn't paid. The unwillingness to accommodate a discount offered by them is poor customer service, IMO. More
