They told me it would take 90 minutes. It took 110 minutes. Then they told me I had to come back to get the air conditioner fixed. It was free because I had an extended warranty. It took 110 minutes. The service tech was very knowledgeable. He was very helpful and was able to help with a problem I was having with my mirror. I use a walker and have a hard time walking and standing. My personal contact, Dale Phipps , who personally sold me my Subaru , was absolutely the best —- he gave me options that worked for me, got me the Subaru I always wanted at the best price I found shopping and with more features than I expected to get. He gave me his personal cell number, even followed up after sale and set my first service appointment with Service Director Aaron Peason—-both of these managers exceeded my expectations and did it with respect and attention to detail. I will not go anywhere else for my automotive needs! More
