Victoria and staff I met were efficient and timely, my basic expectations with any transaction... even auto purchasing. And yes, as with most auto transactions there was an urgency to sell “extras”. The truck I bought was a new trade in, the detail shop really did a terrible job the first time and also the second time. After the third time visiting the detail shop I give up.
