First of all, I was hoping for a Great experience considering I would be purchasing a vehicle other than what I was use to driving. The sales rep we had was very helpful and friendly; however, the fi considering I would be purchasing a vehicle other than what I was use to driving. The sales rep we had was very helpful and friendly; however, the financial representative did not seem to friendly at all. I felt rushed and uneasyand very dissatisfied. The top of the vehicle on the inside has an area that is stained or dirty and the back seat was sticky. When purchasing a vehicle we have always been given a lanyard, key chain, visor or some type of momento, but nothing was given. Not even shown where we could purchase something for the car. I was very disappointed with the experience. More

I had initially reserved a vehicle that was estimated to arrive before January 7th, and to my surprise, the vehicle arrived earlier than expected. I tried to coordinate with my husband's schedule to visit t arrive before January 7th, and to my surprise, the vehicle arrived earlier than expected. I tried to coordinate with my husband's schedule to visit the dealership and finalize the purchase. However, my experience quickly turned sour when the sales rep, Victoria, became overly pushy about finalizing the purchase immediately upon the vehicle's arrival. She told me that if I didn’t purchase it right away, they would sell it to someone else. I understood that by placing a deposit, the vehicle would be reserved specifically for me, and I could visit the dealership when it was convenient for me. To my surprise, Victoria never mentioned that there was a strict 3-day window to complete the purchase. When I told her I would be able to come in on Thursday, she informed me that the "manager" wouldn’t hold the vehicle for me and that I would need to place a new reservation if I still wanted the car. This was an incredibly frustrating and rude experience. I've never encountered such high-pressure sales tactics at a dealership, and I felt disrespected and rushed. As a result, I canceled my deposit and decided to take my business elsewhere. I would advise friends and family to avoid this dealership. The lack of customer care and understanding is simply unacceptable. More
