This is my second car from Wantagh Mazda in about a three month period. I had leased (and got a fantastic deal) on a new Mazda CX5 at the beginning of January and unfortunately got into an accident which wrote off my car. Victor, Kenny, Joe and Vin made it a priority to get me back into another car without any headache or issue. Customer service and customer relationships are extremely important to Vin and his team as I have had the opportunity to experience on two occasions now. I have bought Mazda’s from other locations on Long Island and I can say without question these other dealerships do not compare. More

Each department from sales (specifically Phil Puleo) to service (specifically Gary Gavin) to phone reception, to last but not least, one of the owner's Vinny Vergara, they have been professional, knowledgeable, patient, and most of all personable. We had some problems to work out regarding my car and they went above and beyond to make sure and I quote "I walk away satisfied and hopefully a repeat customer". As of today, I can say I am!!! I don't believe the car buying experience is this way with most dealers, WANTAGH MAZDA stands out from the rest! With most car dealers giving a very profit-oriented superficial business demeanor, the personable family feel experience at Wantagh Mazda is a breath of fresh air. They are a business and have goals to achieve, which I respect with any business of course, but they haven't lost the art of "customer" service and standing behind their product! More

What An Amazing Experience I am in awe that my experience was such a nice and refreshing one. When it came to buying cars in the past I was always very combative and a real pain I am in awe that my experience was such a nice and refreshing one. When it came to buying cars in the past I was always very combative and a real pain in the neck only due to my past experiences with the sales staff at other dealers. Well this past week August 26th through 28th I was treated like a human and I leased a brand new 2014 CX-9 well within the budget I quoted to them. The SUV is amazing and in all reality the deal went so well because of the experience with the sales staff. I say this because you know when you go to buy any big ticket item (TV's, Appliances, Cars etc...) the sales people are usually not the most welcoming and informative. The main people I dealt with was Vin, Victor & Phil and I can't STRESS enough how WELL they treated me and my family. I live in the area and I didn't want to travel far to purchase a vehicle and the gentlemen at Wantagh Mazda made it very easy for me to be a customer for many years to come. Early in the buying process we had a difference of opinion with the leasing of the CX-9 but these MEN sat down with me and worked very hard to make me feel very comfortable and made me feel as if I was the only customer around. I was in the dealership to look at the car on the 26th for an hour, on both the 26th and 27th we negotiated back and forth on certain items and on the 28th I picked up the SUV. I have NEVER EVER had an easy buying experience as I had with these fine gentleman in all my years of buying/leasing vehicles. If you are looking for a vehicle and you are not sure; YOU better go to Wantagh Mazda and see this staff. I promise you will not be sorry.
