Eric was on top of it from the first time I called him and throughout the entire process his follow through was outstanding. He found exactly the car that I needed, knew the answer to every question I asked him and finished the whole process so quickly. I own my own company and work with clients every day so I appreciate it when I am so well taken care of. He kept in touch with me via email and telephone but he found a car for me so quickly we didn't have to correspond very much!!!!! He explained all the features to me and followed up the next day. It was the best experience I've had leasing a car, ever. I don't live or work close to Flemington BMW but plan to use their service department and, in the future, if i can part with it, lease or buy another car down the road. Thanks Tom.
