My wife's lease was up so we were in the market for another vehicle to replace. After driving a number of vehicles we decided on the new X1 and couldn't be happier. Vince, Byron, Rebecca, and Jan-Mic another vehicle to replace. After driving a number of vehicles we decided on the new X1 and couldn't be happier. Vince, Byron, Rebecca, and Jan-Michael were all very professional and accomodating. We didn't feel pressured at all so the entire buying process was pleasurable to say the least. Joe and Vince, along with Rebecca appreciated the time crunch we were in and did the best they could to get us in and out as quickly as possible. During the wait, Joe kept us entertained. We would add that Ranee Theiner was quick to respond to our web search through USAA. All persons involved were very professional but beyond that, I was really delighted with the sense of humor demonstrated throughout a long day. Thank you very much, I love my new car. Eric did a fantastic job showing us the inventory and finding the best vehicle for the best price that was accommodating to my son's and our affordability. Vince willingly worked with us to reach the final sales price. After completing the purchase, Eric could not have been more thorough in showing and explaining the features to our son. We would highly recommend Eric (and also Vince) to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from Flemington BMW. More

First off, I live in MN and this dealership is in NJ. I found a car I was interested in through Autotrader and contacted the dealership via email. Ralph DelGaudio followed up with me; after a couple emails found a car I was interested in through Autotrader and contacted the dealership via email. Ralph DelGaudio followed up with me; after a couple emails/phone calls back and forth I decided this car was for me (Ralph was very helpful, sent me additional interior pics, etc). From that I point I worked with Vince Dillon to iron out the details and with Howard Fromm on financing through BMW. I decided to fly out, pick up the car and drive it home to MN. Vince arranged for a very pleasant man named Norm to pick me up from the airport. When we got to the dealership the car was exactly as described and I would rate it in excellent condition. Before signing any paperwork Vince and I took the car for a spin and he showed me some of the features (paired bluetooth phone w/car etc.). Signing all of the paperwork with Howard was a breeze, he mentioned the additional warranties, etc. but was not pushy at all. After all was said and done I asked Vince if they sold an Aux cable at the dealership so that I could listen to music on my phone through the car stereo (I didn't think to bring mine...), he gave me his Aux cable out of his car! All in all, I am extremely happy with the car, the purchasing process and everyone that I worked with at Flemington BMW and I would highly recommend them, whether your local or live halfway across the country. More

Came to Flemington to purchase a car. Originally looked for a new car. Stopped by Flemington BMW just to admire because I always wanted a BMW but did not think I could afford one. The Certified pre-owned B for a new car. Stopped by Flemington BMW just to admire because I always wanted a BMW but did not think I could afford one. The Certified pre-owned BMWs are extremely clean and are like new. The staff were extremely friendly and accomadating. Vince Dillon was my salesman, and he was professional, highly knowledgeable, and patient with me. I was able to get the exact car that I wanted and felt valued as a customer. Anyone who thought that excellent customer service was dead needs to go to Flemington BMW for there next car buying experience.
