As you can imagine this was a really fun day for my wife and i, and the great staff a Flemington BMW did everything i could have hoped for to make it a great experience. Our sales person Kristal Lewis and Vince helped us order exactly what we wanted, shared important facts about the M class cars and gave us a better price than any of the other dealers we visited. Perhaps most important, Kristal, and Vince were always available to answer our questions and make us feel at ease that the car would be built exactly as we expected. This is the second car we have purchased from Flemington BMW. We just purchased an X4 from Kristal, Vince and Flemington BMW team in December 2014. So needless to say that great experience led to this second sale. Everything from price through delivery of the car was first class and made Linda and i feel as if we were the only customers in the building. We are very happy with both cars and tell all of our friends what a great experience we had. More

Everyone was customer focused, courteous, and friendly. I had one of my BEST car buying experiences EVER, working with David Santos. He was extremely patient, never pushy, did not rush me, and wanted to make sure I was happy with my decision. He worked with me to get the best deal possible. When I picked up my car this past Saturday, after finishing up all the paperwork, Dave spent as much time as I needed/wanted to go over every detail, button, and control, in the car. He wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the car before leaving the dealership. He even offered to come to my house to help program or setup up the garage door opener in the car, if I needed him to. I was also be pleasantly surprised with all the ‘perks’, such as car washes, pickup and delivery for servicing, to name a few, that Flemington BMW offers to their customers. From the moment that I stepped into the Flemington dealership, Tom Terrill and many of the others made me feel right at home. With other dealerships I have read about and talked to others about, it is well worth the travel to Flemington to deal with these guys. This is my first BMW and I am happy that I made the choice, and as long as I am in this area and in need of anything BMW now or in the future, this place is it. Thanks again to their staff for their knowledge, service and appreciation for the customer. it has been an experience like no other, and one I will be thrilled about repeating in the future. More
