Overall the dealership and the service has been really good. However, on my last visit I felt that the service agent was annoyed that I had purchased a coverage (tire & wheel) at the time of lease. The fact that I had to remind the agent about the coverage slowed down readying of my vehicle and left me without a vehicle for much longer than anticipated on a day I really needed it. Completely unsatisfied with BMW Corporate decision of no finding of defect and explanation with over 274 problem notifications in a very short period and in particular taking extraordinary time! Learned how BMW dealer has no impact or control or ability to expedite Corporate Efficiency..Determination of no finding of a flaw after one brief factory test in well less than an hour gives little comfort that this will not occur again! 40 year BMW customer dissatisfied! Factory and independant dealer should no permit ! Improper resolution for Corporate /Dealer to leave 40 + year customer with 35,000 mile 3 yr + vehicle with confidence and therefore my brand loyalty destroyed! More
