Dennis provided information on the service and preperation on the m/v, Vinny process the finances with finess and Jay followed-up to make sure I was satisfied. On the day of delivery the m/v was washed and clean. Richard would not allow me to leave until he provided his on land lessons on the equiptment of the m/v. Overall it was a grat EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!! More

This was my Second purchase from Elwood DCJ, This time I purchased a 2012 Dodge Avenger. Noel was my salesman both times and the best person I have ever dealt with. Vincent is very professional obtaining financing that is commensurate with a credit rating and affordable within a budget. I've been trading in and buying new cars/SUVs for a number of years with Elmwood and I'll never go anywhere else for a vehicle. The Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep high performance line has always been something that I've appreciated but what will keep me loyal is Elmwood. One of the biggest fears of buying a vehicle is what happens if there's a problem. From my experience, Elmwood will make right. This place is the best! BTW... Buying from Elmwood was one of the best car buying experiences that I have ever had. When I came in for a test drive they did not have exactly what I was looking for but I took one of their trucks for experiences that I have ever had. When I came in for a test drive they did not have exactly what I was looking for but I took one of their trucks for a ride anyway. When I returned from the test drive there was no pressure to buy anything right then and they even encouraged me to wait and special order exactly the truck I wanted. After shopping around for a couple weeks for the truck I was going to order I came back to Elmwood and within 10 minutes of specking out the truck we were in agreement on price and my trade in value without the long drawn out process that usually accompanies buying a new car. More
